What a nightmare! If I could issue 0 stars I would. The owner is so unprofessional, with zero communication skills, and when questioned goes on the attack.

My father used them for years, and when he passed away suddenly I thought it would be best to stick with them as they knew his corporation, and personal taxes best. BIG MISTAKE! This man has taken over a year to complete simple tasks, and when you mention the timeline, he then brings up new information that he needs, that was never mentioned before, and tells you how it’s you who doesn’t. The process drags on and on, and he’s sure to send his bills and want them paid ASAP.

We fired his company today, leaving me with so much work to be handed over to a new accountant. Since this morning, he has sent threatening emails, that are not only unprofessional, but childish and completely inappropriate.

This is a micky mouse operation, I hope no one gets fooled by them.
