I recently had a major ductless heat pump installation. The quality and completeness of the proposal as well the quality of the installation were extremely high. Both were characterized by attention to detail and quality, along with superb customer communication and employee professionalism. We had two people come-to do an annual check on our 8 year old heat pump. We found these people to be extremely informative, thorough, respectful, and efficient. The price was also very acceptable. They also cleaned up both inside and outside units to look like new. This company is now our our new go to for our heat pump needs Thank you to Josh and Cameron and to Nina on the phone in the office. Great team. We are seniors and appreciate the efforts to accommodate our sometimes slower understanding lol

We had to remove our wall thermostat to do painting but when we reinstalled it our system would not come on. We took it to Westisle to ask if they thought we might need to update but they did not think we did...only to change batteries. Which we did but still no luck. We called Westisle & scheduled for an appointment asap. They sent someone that afternoon. After briefing & updating Stephanie she asked to look at the Air Handler in basement. Stephanie discovered the switch on the fuse just needed to be pushed to Reset. It is behind a lot of wires and not easy to locate....She got our System up and operating as soon as she reset the switch! We thought we only had to switch a breaker On & Off in the fuse panel box!
She took time to reset the thermostat on the wall to our needs and discussed possibilities of doing a replacement as ours was becoming somewhat old & delicate.
We were very satisfied with Stephanie. She was friendly, polite very Professional and informative.
We think that it would have saved us a lot of money if Westisle had just asked if we had checked the fuse on the Air Handler!
BUT WE SURE ARE AWARE OF IT NOW!

Warning about the Company!! They installed a heat pump for a family member that stopped working the first time they turned on the cooling. They installed a part and said it turned out to be crimped wire. Only they could have crimped the wire during the mandatory annual inspection which they did and charged $200. They then charged another $400 for the repairs. After a lengthy conversation, they reduced the bill by $200 but shouldn’t have charged for this work in the first place.
