Where do I start....
First, the attention given to you is excellent. Shady and his partner will make you feel very special customer every time you speak to them.
They're very knowledgeable and If I call first and he wasn't sure, he will return the call with the information.
I have been a customer for over 9 years and I have no desire to change.
They have the option of delivery service's not only whithin Vancouver Island but also around all lower Mainland.
I am impressed with the outreach to my clinicians especially when there is a question regarding a prescription.
I have referred many friends to them.
Happy to have this pharmacy in our Island.

The best essential store that Metchosin desperately needed has arrived. Dr. Shaddi provides top-level customer service, with a smile and is always wanting to help. If they by chance are out of stock or don't have something, he will do his best to get it into the store within 24 hours. Highly recommend, we don't go anywhere else now!

Great place to find sundries and essentials (like packaged snacks, sunscreen and antibiotic ointment). Perfect location next to the best little (Broken Paddle) coffee house! Friendly and helpful staff.

I recently moved to Metchosin from Victoria and had always used Shoppers Drug Mart for as long as I can remember. Every time I moved, I would simply transfer my prescriptions to the nearest Shoppers without thinking much about it—despite the long wait times both in-store and on the phone. After years of dealing with these delays and a lack of personalized service, I finally decided it was time to part ways with Shoppers.

When I moved to Metchosin, I wanted to support a local pharmacy, and that’s when I discovered Metchosin Pharmacy. I gave them a call, and the pharmacist who also happens to be the owner was incredibly kind and happy to welcome me as a new patient. He quickly contacted Shoppers to transfer my prescriptions and assured me that I would never have to deal with long waits again. He even let me know that if I ever needed anything outside of business hours, I could leave a voicemail or send an email, and my medication would be ready for pickup the next day.

Today, as I was driving by, I noticed the pharmacy was still open—but it was just a minute before closing time. I decided to stop in to introduce myself, since we had only spoken over the phone when I first transferred my prescriptions. While I was there, I figured I’d ask if I could get a prescription filled for the next day, assuming I’d have to wait like I did at Shoppers. To my surprise, he filled my prescription on the spot and handed it to me immediately. I have NEVER received such fast service from a pharmacy in my life!

I feel so lucky and grateful to be part of this community and to have found such an amazing pharmacist. I look forward to many years of exceptional service with him. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

We are so lucky to have such a great local pharmacy. Dr. Shaddy is always helpful and cares about his customers. I recently had an experience of not being able to see a doctor at the walk-in clinic. I got a tick bite and needed to get on the antibiotic asap and also get the tick tested for Lyme, which is known in this area. He was so helpful and got me on the phone with a doctor within minutes. I had the RX, blood test, and tick sent off in about 2 hours! Thank you!!
