No Bullshit - Jeff is fantastic to deal with - and you will get what you want when building with them ….. if you think otherwise then I’d advise to go seek help

….. I gotta give credit to these smaller builders - yeah they all want to make money - I get it - but quality build and dealing with them first hand at the dial of a phone and someone you can talk to within minutes is truly special these days.

Plus seeing the Owner on site - hands down it’s nice to see - especially when you can talk to him.

Do yourself a favor, add yourself to the group Fort Sask Informed on Facebook and use the search bar to type in Super Homes. Look at all the horrible experiences and unfinished work.

Please dont use this Builder, I cannot post a review in google because it's way to big. Stay tuned for a link, facts with supporting texts and emails, pictures and where we are after 15 months of torture. Please dont fall for the tactics, it's not worth your mental health and hard earned cash. We have many neighbors who will tell you the same thing, It's a joke and needs to be stopped. If we can just save 1 person from this nightmare we will be happy.

Just to add to the disaster of these so called builders,
I just noticed water in 2 spots in my basement. I crawled up and looked and there is 2 spots with no insulation around the foundation where ice formed and leaked into the insulation. What a joke.

If you have any doubt, come knock on a door on Wallace Point. Pick any one.

Update, our home is still not complete, we're paying contractors to come do the work that wasn't completed and fix the pathetic carpentry. We took ownership in February 2019, after our doors were properly installed we never saw them return to fix all the holes in the walls they created to hang the pocket doors correctly. Absolute trash craftsmanship.

Looking through the reviews you’ll notice who is giving good reviews and who is giving honest reviews. Don’t be fooled by friends and family giving high ratings. Lowest quality materials are used and unqualified, inexperienced people doing the finishing and it shows. Go find a neighborhood built by Super Homes and knock on any door and you’ll get the best advice possible “STAY AWAY”

I purchased my house from Super Homes last year and had a great experience. The architecture and the floor plan are very innovative, everyone who visited my house has praised. Their supervisor Inderjeet is caring, responsive, and helpful. Built quality is very good and they have been handling the service calls very well. Homes built by them and the services by Inderjeet are highly recommended.

Do not build with super homes. They talk the talk but once they have your money you can’t get them back to fix things. Wall are not straight, taping and painting is a disaster. We lost 10 inches of cupboards and countertops because they designed it incorrectly..The biggest issue is they damaged the driveway and will not fix it. Offered compensation, which shows liability on them, but the compensation they offered was next to nothing.
It’s a nightmare and they don’t care.
We are repeated customers because the first house wasn’t too bad but this one is a joke.
I’m getting a lawyer involved to have full replacement of driveway and to show them they can not get away with treating people like this.
