I've been a client here for a long time. I don't know what has happened to this agency, but it is now impossible to get a person on the phone to help you at this branch. I no longer recommend their service, which is unfortunate, as Cooperators themselves have been an excellent agency. When someone turned in front of me from behind a truck and wrecked my car, Cooperators were like angels helping get me help for my injuries. Hopefully I can switch my policy to a different branch. 🤬🤬

UPDATE: You can!! I switched to a different branch this morning, and the difference was instantly noticeable! I recommend Cooperators, but I do NOT recommend Vucenovic's branch!

My reply to their reply: First, I note that you've had two brand new accounts post 5-star reviews the day after I posted mine (the timestamp on mine changed at the time of this update) to try to offset the damage my review left. Second, you've been given enough information in my comment to make better business decisions; I will not be wasting my time emailing anyone. Do better.

I have had my insurance (homes/boats/cars) with this agency for at least the past 40 years. Great staff with excellent service. I have never felt the need to change my insurance needs to a different supplier.
