I was a client for over ten years. I could not be more dissatisfied with EES. They didn’t honour a contract costing me significant amounts of money. Their approach was mostly no communication until I hounded them and then it was poor and completely unprofessional, with no follow up.
Their software package compared to competitors was far more rudimentary and their costs are expensive. Check your alternatives, there are much better options!

Engaged EES for fee for service financial advice. I provided a list of "deliverables." Input I hoped to receive in return for fees paid. Ultimately, they delivered on few if any of my deliverables and instead, I believe, wasted time on things that In my opinion were not materially important. I can not recommend EES.
