Update - they left a comment asking for more details via email but then didn't bother to respond. Will update if this changes.

When we purchased appliances from CAS Appliances we also purchased an extended warranty provided by iA Financial Group.

Our dishwasher stopped working in April so we opened a claim. We have now had a technician to our house 5 times (each time requiring a full day off of work because they come at an unknown tome between 8-4pm) and our dishwasher is still not fixed.

They will not replace it even though both technicians said that they do not know what is wrong. We have been waiting since July for a supposed part this has been ordered. It apparently came but we have not been scheduled for another time even though that was 2 weeks ago.

At this point we're out the cost of 5 days lost wages plus whenever our 6th attempt at repair will come. Would have been cheaper for us to buy a new dishwasher than to buy the extended warranty and at least we would have a dishwasher by now.

Would not reccomend that you purchase any extended appliances warranty with this company.

My husband asked for life insurance.
Our agent only contacted us once in three months and left us without information.
After 3 months we called him to find out if the request had been accepted and he gave us the answer, maybe he had forgotten about us!
Terrible professionalism.
We changed insurance and in 24 hours we got an answer.

Worst Financial group Ever, All I was threatened with the lady and her sherriff's if I nissed a payment on the 2nd call, I was harrassed and not even heard or was wven treated like a person. Never again. I have RA and live with chronic pain and fatigue, the whole situation made me so stressed I was losing my hair and I only dealt with them for 5mos I dnt care if this was the right one, you with the group and just all kinds of wrong with their treatment.

DO NOT buy any products from IA especially thru WFG. I canceled life insurance and they (agent named Brianna) claimed I still have money left owe to me (fund balance - surrender value = x amount). I am waiting for my cheque and it’s been over 3 months. I called to ask where it is and apparently to them I only canceled bank withdrawal for my life insurance but the policy is still active and withdrawing from my fund balance.

Cancel means CANCEL. Cancel does not mean for IA to take payment from another source.

DO NOT BUY FROM IA thru WFG.

Absolutely appalling, stay as far away as possible. 0% rate of return over 4 months and a ridiculous fee to withdraw money. My first ever google review for a reason!!

Not only they steal your money, but also their support is so poor. Together with WFG, they they stole some money from my account and they didn't even apologize! They respond time is so long and they way they respond to your emails and phone calls is so mean.
