Highly recommend. CAA Roadside Assistance came to my rescue. My transmission unexpectedly failed in my 2009 Pontiac Montana mini van. Quick tow response with CAA. My Rescuer Ref. #318 from Freeway Transport. He was over the top, showing friendliness, compassion with good communication skills relieving my stress. And he managed a smooth tow experience, arriving quickly with my vehicle safely back home. Fantastic service with a smile. Thank you.

Great experience overall. CAA issues the International Driver's Permit (IDP) and it's done on the spot. The staff that helped had amazing customer service and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this location!

I had a very disappointing experience at this CAA location. When I asked about purchasing Cineplex tickets, the associate was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she brushed me off, moved on to the next customer, and told me the tickets were “somewhere in the store.” Moments later, I noticed a poster that clearly said to ask an associate for tickets. It was frustrating to be treated so poorly, especially when I was just trying to buy something simple. Customer service should be helpful and respectful, not dismissive. I’ll be going to another location in the future.

We drove 40 min to have our daughter’s passport photos taken. We were promptly told to leave and go to Staples as they don’t take photos of babies or kids. Nowhere online does it mention this, nor did anyone pick up the phone when I called in advance to inquire. They said the baby couldn’t sit in the chair but at Staples they have you hold your baby and it works just fine. No reason why we couldn’t do that at CAA. Ended up spending $28 on photos that would have been free at CAA. Terrible experience!

Super positive experience! This was my first time in a CAA store. I had come in to get my passport photos done as a Plus member and I was in and out in less than 5 min. with both a physical print and digital link. Thank to the CAA Oshawa Team for an extremely smooth experience and positive first impression. Happy to be a Plus member.

After calling this location 7 times only to have it go to the general mailbox I decided to visit the "busy" location. I walked in and there were 3 women at their desks doing nothing but talking to each other. The conversation must of been really good as neither of them bothered to look at my direction to say Hello. smh. Asked to speak to a travel expert and was told "by appointment only" although the person was sitting there doing nothing. Horrible customer service....I heard that was one of the reasons why the Pickering location closed...based on todays visit...Oshawa is not far behind.

I accompanied my son to help him get his International Driving Permit. The staff were very professional. We were in and out in 10 minutes with a permit valid for 12 months. Thank you for making this so simple.

When a driver has an issue, a new driver should be immediately dispatched. Not 3 hours later when I call in after waiting all this time. And not even dispatched...still waiting to find a driver. Ridiculous. Had this been addressed right away, a new driver would have been found already. I put in the call just before 7pm. It's now 10:06pm and they haven't even assigned me a new driver. I've been a member for years...not sure if I'll renew.
