I've had two accounts, RRSP & TFSA, with them since 2019 and have been pleased with their services. They have many investment portfolio options with excellent rate of returns and will talk you through your options. I have automatic transfers set up and it's easy to just set it and forget it; but I can also look up monthly statements if I choose which there management fees are clearly stated.

I've had some investments with Justwealth for +5 years and I am very happy on all fronts. Andrew, James, Isobel and the team have been awesome to work with. The new portal is very easy to monitor performance and much better than other investment platforms I've used. Portfolio performances have been as advertised over the 5+ year time frame and the fees are fair/reasonable.

They seem to have some of the best rate returns for robo investors in Canada. But their security is really abysmal for a financial institution. They only offer 2FA that sends a code to an email. If an attacker has access to a users password they would almost certainly be able to access the users email on the same account. The entire point of 2FA, ideally with an authenticator app, but at least have a phone number so two devices would need to be breached not just one. Hopefully they add this soon and I'll be a customer once again.

Signed up about a year ago to move my RRSP portfolio to them after switching employers and being removed from the old employers group plan. Fees are much lower then where my portfolio was held before. The transition was smooth and their team was very helpful and responsive. James was great and helped me pick the correct portfolio for my situation. Automatic contributions are set up and they take care of the rest.

Won't recommend. Opened an RESP for my son and funded the account with $250. After a week the funds were still being held as cash and not invested in target portfolio. When I inquired about why funds are still being held as cash instead of being invested, I was told that a minimum amount of $300 is needed before funds are invested. The T&C does not state this anywhere. Definitely misleading, had I known that a min amount is needed I wouldn't have opened the account with them.

Been with JustWealth for a few years and I can’t give enough praise for the professionalism received. In seeking a roboadvisor, I wanted to make my money work for me with reduced fees for what I was getting from my previous provider. Little did I know that my money and a team of specialist would be working for me with the team at Justwealth.
