If it were possible to rate Nuborrow below one star, I would. My experience was marked by a concerning lack of responsiveness and urgency. It took several days for Adriano to respond to a straightforward inquiry, and nearly a week before any relevant information was provided. The delay and lack of initiative were disappointing.

When we finally received communication, it came in the form of a highly stylized video that felt more like a generic YouTube presentation than a professional consultation. The content was basic and did little to instill confidence in the company’s credibility. After careful consideration, we decided Nuborrow was not the right fit and communicated our decision clearly, along with our reasons.

Despite this, I have continued to receive persistent outreach via phone calls, emails, and text messages from multiple agents, which is excessive and intrusive.

In contrast, I reached out to another mortgage broker with a different company who responded promptly and professionally. Within two hours, she provided detailed Excel spreadsheets outlining clear options and financial breakdowns—exactly the kind of service one would expect when making such an important decision.
