The Slopes of Sylvan Lake - Lacombe County, Alberta

I wanted my cousin to purchase a lot and move here with her family. I heard about the 80 acre Adeara Drug Rehabilitation purposed for across the street. I wanted to ask the sales guy if it was true and what his thoughts were. I have been a huge supporter of the Slopes until getting yelled at for bringing it up “The Sylvan Lake Project” a purposed 80 acre sustainable community to bring recovered addicts from across the province here. The phone was slammed down so hard in my ear, it hurt. I have personal driven 3 families out and told dozens of families to check out the Slopes in the past. I am so disappointed that this was the response to the mere mention of what his thoughts were for families considering the Slopes as home. A civil conversation about the future for peoples families and there well being would have been ideal. I was left very up set and rattled, I haven’t been yelled like that before while trying to be a good neighbor.

What a beautiful property. The owner/developer obviously takes an immense amount of pride in building a community of exceptional value. Bulk Direct Logistics was happy to assist in organizing landscaping supplies and logistics for the slopes.

Beautiful location on Sylvan Lake with large lots and a real connection to nature with modern amenities. The pathways are a favourite of our family's and the close proximity to the lake, the town of Sylvan, and outdoor activities.

Very disappointing, your not forth coming. There’s is an 80 acre recovery center trying to opening across the street from The Slopes. Is that fair to sell to family's that don’t know
