ZERO IF I COULD.
Tried to get out last year but they delayed emails and it passed the deadline so I had to pay a fee to cancel with them.
Needless to say was told to stay with this company as my rates would start to decrease.
Moved my address DOWN THE STREET. And now I have to pay an extra $150 a month. $1800 a year just for moving literally down the street.
This company is a joke
The insurance brokers are a joke
The insurance claims are a joke.
This business should be held accountable .

I appreciate the opportunity to work with a broker firm that handles its responsibilities dilligently and with respect to time efficiency regarding its clients concerns.

I'd give a 0 star if possible. Upon renewal I was quoted a price, was about to resign when I decided to shop around. I found a rate much cheaper (over $700/yr cheaper). When I brought this to their attention, I was informed that they work with the same place I got the cheaper quote. Not sure why it's my job to find myself cheaper insurance when im working with an insurance broker. I had also asked for a motorcycle insurance quote. I was quoted $6600 per year for an older cruiser bike, funny enough the same thing happened. I contacted another company, received a quote for $1700/yr. This was another company I 100% know they use because it was the original insurance company we were using for my car.
Needless to say, I have canceled all services with this brokerage.

Called to inform our broker that my mother passed away and wanted to confirm the cancelation of her policies. First, she accused me of not emailing them, and then promptly found them and didn't even offer condolences.

THE WORST BROKERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED. They do not give clients any timely notice even if the matter is pressing. Have no regard for handling customer complaints and having dealt with them I had to cancel my insurance all together just to go to a different brokerage. I have had three different employees handle my insurance and when I asked questions no-one could give me a straight answer. I asked for a person higher up to help me and I got no response back. They fired my first broker and "forgot" to send off my papers making a major change to my insurance. Also only gave me a week notice before my insurance was to go up double in price. To say the least I would not suggest you handle your insurance through this company unless you would like a headache and a whole lot of trouble. I have been run around for almost 5 months and even had to take time off of my busy work schedule just to go into the business personally to sort out and issue they caused. absolutely NO stars given. (had to give one star to post)

So I found this insurance broker on line as they provided the lowest quote. Initially I found the professional competent and friendly. I signed all the documents and I was very happy with my rates and service. Since then I have encountered two problems and a significant decline in service bordering on patronizing and condescending. My first surprise was to find out the house insurance company added a fee to pay monthly. This was never disclosed by the broker. If I had paid the year in advance evidently there was no fee. When I challenged the broker on the lack of disclosure of the fee and the lack of advising of the fee I was told the s was normal and I had been told. Not true when I asked to speak to a manager I was told no. I let it go. Now 3 months into my new car and house insurance I got a letter from my car insurance company advising me of a 28% increase in my premium effective immediately. Reason in the letter I received was an increase in costs I fear I was a victim of a bait and switch. I will update the post once I talk to the broker.

UPDATE

my broker told me that the insurance company they put me with adjusts their rates monthly.... When I advised them they sent me an annual quote and I expected to be locked in to the rate for a year, they told me I was free to move to another insurer but the rates were triple my current increased rate. This is a lie. I went to another broker and they quoted me a great rate cheaper than my increased rate. Still fighting. More to come.
