Outstanding Experience with Danielle at Bruce Ford!

I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Escape ST-Line Select from Bruce Ford, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience – all thanks to Danielle, the incredible Product Ambassador who guided me through the process.

From the moment I walked in, Danielle was approachable, professional, and genuinely kind. She took the time to understand my needs and patiently answered every question I had, and boy i had a lot of them! But no matter what there was no pressure, just support. Her deep knowledge of the Ford brand really stood out and gave me complete confidence in my decision.

I recently bought a new 2024 F150 from Bruce Ford and had a great experience through the whole process. My first interaction when I came in to talk about ordering a new truck was with Alain. Alain was very friendly, listened to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to ensure that I had ordered exactly what I was looking for. Alain was always responsive to any questions and concerns I had while waiting for the order to arrive and putting up with my constant inquiries. As we got closer to the delivery date, Alain went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting a fair and reasonable trade in value for my old truck.

When I arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck, I met with Nathan. Nathan's friendly demeanor was welcoming. Nathan went above and beyond and treated me as if I was working with him the whole time. Nathan took the time to walk me through the new features of the new vehicle and answered any questions that I had.

I encountered a few minor issues with the truck. Both Alain and Nathan were quick to respond to my concerns ensuring that the necessary steps would be taken to ensure that those deficiencies were corrected in a timely manner. I have nothing but excellent things to say of my experiences with both Alain and Nathan, both members are committed and dedicated to ensuring that the customer's needs are addressed and they are getting exactly what they are looking for. Great job Alain and Nathan and I appreciate the great customer service that I received with the purchase of my new vehicle!

I purchased a used car, was told that if anything happened reach out to Bruce Ford Middleton and they would be there, the dealership uses all the right words to make the sale but they are just words, no follow through on the promises they make. Two weeks into ownership of the car I discovered the washer for the front windshield didn't work, contacted the dealership was told to bring the car in and they would look after it, perfect right, wrong, I took the car in and was told that there was a spilt in the hose, will order the part, it will be here in a couple of days, not hearing from them after 2 weeks I reached out only to be told it's going to cost $300 to fix it and Bruce Ford is not willing to cover the cost. Also when I reached out to Bruce Ford I mentioned that after only 3 weeks of driving the car, which I have driven very little the muffler was getting noisy, I was told that not only were they not willing to fix the sprayer because it would cost them $300 but the muffler was my problem. Now keep in mind that they say they have a 30 day guarantee and both of these issues happened within the 30 days, not to mention that this car was inspected by Bruce Ford in March before putting it on the lot for sale, sat on the lot until the end of April when I purchased it and these issues should have been picked up during the safety inspection. I've grown tired of waiting for Bruce Ford to reach out to me and do the right thing, fix the car, I reached out to my own mechanic on Monday and he looked at the car, the washer repair is a simple fix, the pipe attached to the muffler needs to be welded, both simple fixes and will be fixed by my mechanic tomorrow and he has quoted me a price of around $100 to fix both issues. SO, Bruce Ford clearly could have done the right thing cheaply and had a loyal customer as a result but they didn't, don't give them your money, your business, they clearly don't appreciate their customers and definitely don't have any customers service in spite of their claims to be there for their customers. Very unfortunate experience!
