We were tenants in one of their properties, horrible communication, made us feel like they were doing us a favour, when we made the company aware of things that were not functioning or breaking, it was met with blame and being threatened to be evicted.

We actually did get evicted, because a “relative” was moving in. 6months later which is the rule for occupancy the rent is $2500 more.

They renovated after we moved out and I put in way too many hours cleaning and painting it before we moved, to have them gut the property.

I felt taken advantage the whole time I was there, very unsure and unsafe of my home for my family with them as a property manager.

The lack of integrity, and communication was Unprofessional and childish.

Would not recommend if you want to find a place to call home.
