Mr. Bhamji is my go to tax guy. He's very knowledgeable. professional and very easy to talk to. He walked me through my taxes and made sure everything was perfect. He also made some great suggestions for future on how to maximize my returns etc.

I got my taxes done here by Bilal and I am very happy with the service privided. Bilal is very kind and will explain many situations to you and also give you recommendations as well. The cost is fair and the guy had a great personality that puts your mind at ease. Great customer service!

I'd also like to mention that Bilal is super careful and make sure there is no mistake at all. He makes sure to send a test email to see if you received it and made sure everything is good before you walk out the door and you do not need to worry about needing to go back. Thank you!

I was not satisfied with the service I received from this accounting firm last year. Bilal assured myself and my partner that our taxes would be prepared before an upcoming vacation that he had. That deadline was not met and our taxes sat on his desk for over a month, which was not communicated to us properly. When I contacted the office to inquire about the status of our returns, I couldn't get a straight answer and was instructed to wait for Bilal's return.

In addition, what should have been part of the initial scope, having an adjustment done from the previous return period, was not completed. When I followed up about the matter I received no response.

I wouldn't recommend this accountant. It seems some clients get excellent service, while others are met with cool indifference and lackluster service.
