I'm a loyal Rogers customer, and it's always a pleasure to return and be treated with kindness and respect by the staff. I never regret renewing my phone plans. I want to give a shout-out to Jelene. Went there today. Had door locked and people were inside.
Can understand that if really busy
But came back and my husband stood at the locked doors and they seen him , but wouldnt acknowledge him at all
I called them and they said he diddnt push the button to let him in
.
But if he comes back they will watch for him. They were busy with other people.
I said not 1 other person was in there because i was sitting in truck watching
Never will go back again
Went to walmart and done our buisness there
