I go yearly to get an international driver’s license. I’m used to really long waits. This time, they were fully staffed and I was in and out within 10 mins despite the large line up.

CAA is a scam and a disgrace — do NOT trust them in an emergency.

I called for help during a real emergency at 2AM. I told them clearly it was urgent, but they still made me wait over an hour. That alone is unacceptable. But what happened next was worse.

When the driver finally arrived, they refused to tow my car because I didn’t have a front license plate — something I already received a ticket for earlier. The plate was lost at a car wash and couldn’t be recovered. It’s a known issue, and you cannot be ticketed twice — but they used it as an excuse to deny me help.

I was stranded in the middle of the night, and instead of offering any real support, the driver tried to extort me for $800 cash to do the exact same tow CAA was supposed to cover.

They’re not here to help. They’re here to make money off desperate people. The attitude was disgusting, completely rude, and zero compassion for someone in obvious distress.

This company failed me when I needed them the most. It’s not just poor service — it’s predatory, unethical, and dangerous.

I’ll be cancelling my membership and warning everyone I know to stay far away from CAA. They should be ashamed of how they treat people.

Very slow lineup to get assistance, the store doesn’t employ enough staff. Edit: came back at a later date and the lineup moved quicker that time. Be aware that if you come at peak hours there may be a long line. I still think the store should be employing more staff during busy periods.

My husband got his international license for our trip to Japan at this location. However, upon checking-in at the car rental agency, we found out that they forgot to print his place of birth on the license! As a result we were denied our car rental and it is completely messing up our trip. Would love to get in touch with a staff member ASAP to try to fix this before our trip ends!

There is a rude young lady whom I met last time I visited the store or Office. She did not intertain me so I move to the old lady and she is very decent snd respectful.
