Renae has been an absolute sweetheart. The team is amazing!! I needed some extra time as I am off work and they have helped me out completely even when the insurance wouldn’t! Would highly recommend if you are struggling to give them a call!!

When i signed up for them it was all good they where easy to speak with and helped me through the whole process. But a after a year working with them i had Fallen behind my payments (Yes i know) but it really was not a choice in it i had been forced to move from the first place i lived and had to move to a much higher rent place due to my past landlord sold the property. i tried to work with LM credit to help me get back on track and at first they wanted to but instead of helping with getting a lower payment schedule they had increased my payments and when i stated i couldn't make that due to i have to also put a roof over my children's head and food, (and i am a Single income house hold) i got told it really does not matter. and when i said so would you rather children freeze and starve i got told oh well it was your choice to take out this Loan! if I could give them a lower score then 1 star I would because they would rather seem money then actually help! if your thinking of getting a loan look else where.

These guys are getting a lot better. I recently contacted the them to update some personal information on my account, and the experience was surprisingly smooth. The representative I spoke with, was pretty helpful and made the entire process quick and stress-free.
I used them in the past and it wasn't the greatest but appreciate how clear the communication is now and how efficiently everything was handled.
Good to see the compny is improving.

I’m amazing service as always , I never have a problem when calling. Don’t stay on hold for more than a few minutes and they work with me on everything. I talked to prabh and he was polite , helpful and very kind! I had to change the dates of my payment and it was done with breeze and wasn’t made to feel like it was a hassle! The whole process was less than ten minutes and left me feeling taken care of!

They had some system issues with reporting incorrect late payments which I paid, it took me a while getting ahold of someone and they were able to finally fix the error on my credit report.
Prabh was very kind and quick to fix the situation.
It’s just complicated to get ahold of the right department.
