I recently had an excellent experience at Volkswagen Milton, and I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism, transparency, and genuine care.

A special thank you to Jac, my service advisor, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood all the service details clearly. His approach made the process feel smooth and stress-free.

I also want to recognize Ryan, the service manager, for going above and beyond to ensure my visit was exceptional. He was approachable, solution-oriented, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. It’s clear that Ryan leads by example, and it reflects in the entire team’s attitude.

Overall, I left feeling confident and well taken care of. It’s not every day you come across a dealership where the staff genuinely care about your experience — but that’s exactly what I found at Volkswagen Milton. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 2025 Tiguan from Milton VW. The quality of the vehicle is excellent and the quality of the Customer Service matches the Vehicle. My Salesman (Arvand) handled the sale from start to finish and made the buying experience a very pleasant one. The same can be said of Hayleigh in the financing department and Brooklyn in the Customer Service area. I am delighted and even a bit surprised by the upgraded items in the Tiguan RLine model I selected, this car has turned a few heads and on three occasions I have had complete strangers in parking lots stop me and ask what make and model my vehicle is? The colour (Ascot Grey) is very unique and adds to the overall look of the car. This is my 3rd consecutive purchase from Milton VW,

I've purchased a 2018 4Runner from this location, the car itself was in excellent condition for its age and I am pretty happy about the purchase.

What makes me write this review is that the service and sale process was super smooth, they made it easy for me.

Sales person was well trained to work with customers, front desk super friendly and welcoming, I think the dealership was newly built not too long ago and it gave an modern, clean and open vibe. Pricing was transparent to the point that I wouldn't believe it was that easy .... it was simply the agreed on price of the car. + HST + 69$ licensing, never bought a car without hidden fees in my whole life .... i am impressed at how efficient they are

Delivery was relatively easy too, sales person took good care of me, showing me around the car and kept asking me if i needed to learn the quirks of the car, I said no because I happen to know the car so well

Thank you for your response. While I appreciate your efforts and transparency, I still feel I was misled by being provided an outdated Carfax report, which ultimately cost me thousands of dollars. In fact, the dealership I brought the car to for trade-in immediately noticed obvious major damage that was not disclosed. My intention is to encourage all customers to do their own due diligence—by obtaining a current Carfax report or inspection—when purchasing used vehicles from any dealership.

Disappointed and misled by Milton VW

I purchased a Volkswagen Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Milton VW in Ontario, trusting the certification and the Carfax they provided, which showed no damage. What I didn’t know was that the Carfax I was given was outdated—it was pulled before the dealership even officially owned the vehicle.

Less than a year later, while exploring trade-in options, I obtained an updated Carfax and discovered the car had multiple major damage claims, including one with no dollar amount listed—a red flag for potentially serious structural issues. This new information significantly lowered the car’s value.

When I brought this to Milton VW’s attention, they refused to take responsibility. The only thing they offered was to buy the car back at wholesale value, and only if I drove it back to Ontario from Nova Scotia—an unreasonable ask given their role in the situation.

In today’s buyer’s market, I strongly encourage customers to shop around. Don’t assume that “Certified Pre-Owned” means peace of mind, and always demand the most current Carfax—especially when buying from a dealership you expect to be reputable. My experience with Milton VW has been disappointing and costly. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your next vehicle purchase.
