Lavinia had helped us when we were trying to find a new place. Some of the reasons I would recommend her wholeheartedly are that she is very knowledgeable, friendly and has a great attention to detail. She took the time to explain the various options we had and even recommended strategies to secure a higher mortgage (such as paying off student loan to increase the amount we could qualify for). She was very patient in dealing with us and explained all the details including pros and cons, etc. (which was very useful since we weren't very knowledgeable in the area of mortgages) and never once made us feel rushed in all the time we were house hunting. We would like to thank Lavinia for her guidance, expertise and patience in helping us to refinance our home. Like a lot of people this past year, COVID caused us to make a few changes to our future goals, and one of those was to refinance our home.
