This is the most incompetent, unskilled, unprofessional, inedequate and inefficient accounting service ever!
This man has filed my taxes all wrong from the year 2014  to 2017. Tax for the year 2014 was never filed untill CRA gave me penalty in December 2018, whereas he charged me fully and gave me a confirmation report in 2014. Also he filed my taxes for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017 all wrong ; for which CRA sent me a letter of explanation and penalty of approximately  $8000 Canadian dollars alltogether in December 2018. In that letter CRA explained that my tax from 2014 has not been filed yet and also they fixed the taxes from year 2015 and 2016 themselves and kept my file red flagged for 2017. When they received the taxes of 2017 wrong as well in 2018, that is when they have given me penalty. When I confronted this man for details, he straight up denied and said the goverment/CRA is lying to you and I submitted taxes all right. After I provided him all the proofs, he sent CRA a "corrected" version of my taxes from 2017; which CRA informed me in 2019 that this version is also miscalculated. Upon confrontation, this man kept stating that since you are a woman, you can not speak up infront of me, no matter what I did. He also leaked my personal information to the people we both knew, just to damage me socially. My advice, do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from him!
