Recently got a new car and was in urgent need of insurance. GM Mehdi helped me with everything and got me set up. He didn’t just help, he went above and beyond to get me on the road. Quick replies and responses and he even stayed in hours after he was done work just to complete my insurance application. Incredibly grateful to have had Mehdi assist me!

The actual WORST brokerage around. I had a lovely broker that I started with. She was ontop of all of my insurance ALWAYS. If something was wrong I had a phone call instantly to ensure things would not default etc. Sadly she left and when she did, all hell broke loose. I was not reassigned to a broker. When I would call or email I would have to wait days for a response sometimes well over a week. When I needed payments changed - they never did them on time causing payments to lapse. This happened MULTIPLE times over a 4 month period. My tenant ins was charged for the entire year and then they canceled me without any notice. My auto, canceled without any phone call or notice. Nothing. All through a mail strike. Absolute joke. Now I have been hit with a nonpayment on my name and my insurance has sky rocketed to almost TRIPLE the yearly amount. This place should be sued and shut down! When I demanded escalation I was literally yelled at by the owner Shahzad Ali and told me I had no reason to contact Head Office! Absolute disgrace of a company!
