I don’t even know where to start; this has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a co-operator's insurance agent. I want to give a special shout-out to Charmaine DeRoche. It took them three weeks to provide me with a quote, and they rarely answer their phone when I call their office. On the rare occasion that they do pick up, the agent is always busy and never follows up. I like the co-operators as a whole, but this particular brokerage is incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you're looking for a quote, I recommend saving your time and not calling them.

This organization takes 1+ weeks to generate a quote. I gave all my information to Charmaine last Wednesday. When I called up on Friday to follow up on whether a quote was ready for me, I was rudely told by Charmaine that since it is a long weekend, they are short staffed and 48 hours is too little a time for her to generate a quote for me. I am writing this review the following Wednesday, and I am yet to receive a quote from these people. Mind you, this the step in the process where they give you a monthly premium number and then you decide whether this company is competitive or not. This is not even the step in the process when you are asked to submit documents for review. And the deplorable customer service is unimaginable even in an industry like insurance. It almost felt like Charmaine was doing me a favor of generating a quote and she is way too important to be bothered with our expectation of getting her to do her job. In the meantime, I have gotten quotes from 6 other companies and event got my documents verified with two more. All I can be thankful for is that Charmaine was kind enough to show the true side of deplorable Co-operators customer service and inefficiencies that saved me from them at the quote generating step itself and not after I got my insurance with them.
