They scheduled construction in one of their buildings (Market Square) during business hours, knowing it is directly below a college that has been a tenant for many years, with its over 250 students bringing business to the other mall shops and downtown core, year round. It's hard for students attending the college to focus in class and write exams with noise levels drowning out instructors' lectures and impairing employee's ability to do their jobs. It's been going on for weeks, and Europro has done nothing to address the many complaints. I wonder if they will care so little about noise levels once Conestoga College moves in downstairs?

Mr. Jakubovic & Mr. Faust need to take a very deep look into their organization, particularly their Kitchener-Waterloo operations. The igloo building isn't the problem but rather your parking operations at 127 Frederick St and management at 40 Weber St (rogers building). Both of these locations are an abysmal display of property management. Your rentacops harass hardworking delivery and service people on a daily basis and should look into properly accommodating these services, not making their jobs more difficult (you running out of parking isn't my problem i have a job to do, you called us for service!). Then you have the frat house, as l like to call it, at 40 Weber St(Rogers), where Mr. Pfohl (ops manager) can be seen smoking on the back loading dock along with his 25+ colleagues every 15 mins. Not nearly far enough away from the door as per the law. As you negotiate your way through a cancer cloud, and into the back loading doors you have to race through a maze of stairs and mezzanines to the front. This is where europro's affirmative action hire (Indian security guard) is sitting and where service people sign in. Signing in and moving to the designated contractors parking wont even guarantee you not getting a ticket (especially if your a minority, this building has a very unwelcome vibe for people of color just look around next time your in there) maybe if I, the black serviceman, wasn't the only guy ticketed while a white serviceman, in the same loading area wasn't. this review would be more pleasant for you ! you are German entrepreneurs in a multicultural city and country letting your employees conduct themselves like rednecks I'd be very worried in this current climate if i was Mr. Jakubovic & Mr. Faust. On top of all this your construction operation at 40 Weber St is extremely disruptive to the flow of the downtown core and feels like its been going on forever!

The construction going on at market square underneath Trios College has left other students and I with a lack of focus with the constant disruptions. Instead of choosing to do Night shift work, they decided to do work during business hours. I feel it would have cost Conestoga College more money for Europro to do night-shift work premiums, and they decided to pay less for them to do regular hour work. I use to work in construction and this is general practice. 2 parties are at fault in this, Conestoga College for cheaping out, and Europro for being mercenaries and doing whatever they are paid to do with no care or consequence.

Europro has a professional, responsive team that have really turned around their downtown Kitchener office buildings. Europro has been the best partner that the City of Kitchener could have ask for, investing millions into the downtown as a major player in the revitalization project!
