Plan A has been a wonderful experience from the start . The hirring process was great the staff are always top notch when it comes to communication. I have met many great people . Pay is fair and competitive hours are flexible. Over all I really enjoy my job and Plan A makes it a nice experience they are polite and very much geared to work life balance respecting staffs time.

The staff is prompt at getting back to you if you have any issues with scheduling, your work place or even your own health. They are great, understanding and show concern if you are not well. I enjoy going into different facilities to help out and meeting tons of new people is such a nice experience.

I love picking up hours at my leisure and this helps balance around my life plans and vacations. Great place to work. Plus having benefits is a bonus!

I find Plan A to be a great company to work for. I never thought I would like being in charge of my own schedule ,but I LOVE it. I also cherish the flexibility I have for a healthy work/life balance. I will also rave about the wages. I am now making the same money I made in BC which is crucial for me!! Management is really supportive and willing to listen! If you are at all political,like me,you will find working for a women run company right up your alley. They are also supportive of the LGBTQ+ community members in their employ.
