FRAUD ALERT

If someone opens a fraudulent account in your name, watch out! Laurentian Bank refuses to deny or cancel a fraudulent application even with a police report. Scammers all the way down.

STAY AWAY! Do not apply for any service at this bank. They do a hard credit pull on your credit, then they reject your application for a fake reason "we were unable to access your credit report" but they do run a credit check any your credit score take a huge hit.

Absolutely incredibly HORRIBLE service!!!!!! I got passed around from one person to another (on hold in between of course), then I was given another number to call MANY times. All in all I made over 10 calls & was put on hold at least that many times again! The last straw was the number where there was absolutely NO english version spoken. After over an hour & a half I gave up! All I was trying to do was open an account & NOBODY could help!!!!! How on earth do they run this business?

Do not bank with them.
They want your first born if your trying to get your money.
Paperwork, more paperwork and more paperwork.
Not helpful in a time of grief!
Never ever want to do business with this bank ever ever ever again!

Left a message for a call back...nothing. I was asked to send details to the Laurentian Bank by fax (who faxes any more), I did and still nothing, on hold forever.
