Residing in the Essex area, I have used 2 different accounting firms in the past and have never been completely comfortable dealing with either. I then contacted Erika Banwell and met with her one on one and I cannot believe how nice and down to earth she is. She always makes time for you and never makes you feel uncomfortable when you have questions. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to save you money at tax time and the fees for her services compared to the other firms are far more reasonable. Everyone in this firm, including Karen the receptionist, are amazing to deal with. I highly recommend them.
