Jake Alward who now works for Stanhope Simpson messed up our insurance and then bailed on us all together. Email follow up after email follow up with no response. Until we called and found out he was no longer employed. Steer clear of Jake if you use Stanhope Simpson.

Melissa was very genuine and very helpful, since I am 19 years old trying to set up and finding the cheapest option for car insurance is very difficult and confusing, but she was very friendly and open on my part when i found a good deal. Melissa was understanding and very straight forward with her help. She helped my mom and I to understand certain process, that came with a success with the insurance I wanted.

I have had nothing but excellent service since I first called to look for tenant insurance with Stanhope Simpson Insurance. I began calling around to different Insurance Brokers and companies before I moved to Halifax a month ago, and Scott Conrad at Stanhope Simpson was the first insurance broker who actually took the time to call me back, follow up with any questions I had, and give me thorough details on the insurance itself. After I moved here, I needed car insurance, and despite a last minute request to get all the paperwork done, he was diligent, patient, and approachable. I highly recommend it here - they genuinely care about the service they give to their customers.
