Beware scammed by these guys badly that is the worse scam ever .drove 3 hours in this heap of rust.lucky we got home safe and the holes in the floor were bad . I have lots of pics from my mechanic. There is no way they didn't know this.trusy me I will be giving them reviews all over nova scotia. Don't buy their cars unless you put it up on a hoist whice they did a pre inspection report of a few thi as needed for inspection and that was totally unsafe to drive. So I hope you all see this I will share this all over Facebook and all over sites I'm in. Im a honest person I would never do that to no one .

I recently purchased a Rav 4 from Brandon Scott. Brandon did an excellent job of explaining all of the safety features, which was important to me as I had just been in a motor vehicle accident. Only a few minutes into the appointment I knew this vehicle would be perfect for me. Brandon was professional, informative and most importantly, he truly listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Brandon to others looking to find the perfect vehicle for them.

I need help squaring this one away. We brought our truck here after a suggestion from a local mechanic. We have had an on going issue with this truck now for 5 months. The truck blows outs a huge blueish smoke on every start up after it has been sitting for more than 2 hours, and it also drops about 500mls of oil per 1000kms. We made the service desk away of these issues and even provided a previous diagnostic report that indicated it was likely a valve seal to them to give them a foundation to lean on. After spending only a half an hour on the truck (which part of that included a test drive) we were told there was no issue with the truck. We then spoke with Alvaro Ulate to see what we could get as a trade in on the truck as there were no issues with it. Alvaro came back with $17,000, ( truck value is approximately $30,000) and said the trade in was so low due to 'an unknown engine issue'. How anyone conducts business like this was beyond me. You charged us for a diagnostic that came back normal and then low ball us with a trade in value due to an unknown issue. I wouldn't trust this dealership at all. Local mechanic think its a valve seal, which we made them aware of, local mechanic thought Toyota would have had more insight as it is their vehicle. The dealership realized they had missed something during the first visit and went above and beyond to rectify the issue. The truck went back in and a full diagnosis was completed. Although the outcome of the diagnosis wasn't great , I can't commend them enough for following through with the work they did. A huge thank you to Daniel Dolimount , Matthew Wentzell for going above and beyond. A special thank you to Mary-Ellen O' regan for your empathy and understanding. Much appreciated, and I would 100% recommend. 🤙

It is also worth mentioning that as a part of rectifying the issue, they did a courtesy pick up of our vehicle ( about an hour from their dealership), and completed the second diagnosis at no charge to us.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at O’Regan’s South Shore Toyota. I recently brought my vehicle in for an issue and was shocked when I received the bill. They charged me an outrageous $555 just to diagnose and replace a simple relay!

Before coming here, I noticed quite a few bad reviews from past years, but I also saw some newer positive ones and decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision. The level of overcharging here is unacceptable—it feels like they’re taking advantage of their customers. A relay is a basic, inexpensive part, and the labor involved doesn’t justify such an excessive price.

I expected better from a dealership with their reputation, but this experience has left me feeling frustrated and ripped off. I won’t be returning and would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle.

Here for a service appointment. Easy to check in, friendly staff. We will see if it takes one hour, lol. I am here for a recall appointment because I got tired of all the emails from Toyota telling me that my airbags are defective. Safety first, right? Covid protocols in place. Am comfortable waiting inside. Free wifi. Even have a very cool charging station that looks like a battery, cute.
