Entire process from start to finish was smooth, everyone we dealt with was excellent. We travelled from Kamloops to Quesnel dealership on the recommendation of someone who had previously bought from Steve and it was worth it. My husband went on his own to pick up the trailer and had nothing but rave reviews. They were friendly, helpful, and everything was ready for us. Appreciate the service and we are loving our trailer.

Tiffany is not only beautiful she is extremely knowledgeable,kind, helpful and a true professional. She guided me through every step of my new purchase.Victoria was awesome guiding me through the financial work..the service department awesome they even helped me fix my truck so I was able to leave and get home safely. And Steve the manager would not let me leave until I was completely satisfied. It was such a pleasure to work with professionals. Solid 5 star rating.thanks again I appreciate all of you. Not a bad thing to say about our experience with the Quesnel Chemo RV team! Steve D is the man, great knowledge of his profession and a lot of fun to talk with. Tiffany had all the paperwork done and ready in no time flat. We got to share some stories, a very enjoyable person to be around. As for the "Boss" Steve, well he is a character. I truly appreciate your no B/S way of handling things. We came to Chemo with a very short time frame to get things done before we went on vacation and it was going to be with old camper or new one. The whole crew at Quesnel Chemo went out of their way to make sure new camper was safe and ready exactly to how we requested with time to spare. We both thank you all very much for an amazing experience and we look forward to many great camping experiences and dealing with you for all our RV needs.

Cheemo RV in Quesnel! On Thursday we went in to purchase some pucks for the toilet and ended up leaving with new trailer on Friday! What a great place! Shout out to Steve 1 & 2! Highly recommend!

If there was a business that should receive the best customer service of the year award, my vote would be hands down "CHEMO RV" in Quesnel. Steve R. & his staff, in ALL departments- service, parts & sales- were extremely friendly, knowledgeable & provided great customer service like no other. I would highly recommend you to stop in & check it out. Great inventory! It's a experience you won't forget. We ended up purchasing a new RV. This place makes sure they go that extra mile for you! If buying an RV were an Olympic sport, Chemo RV in Quesnel would be taking home the gold—probably while towing a Grand Design 2500RL behind them.

From the moment we walked in, Steve, Steve, and Tiffany made us feel like we were less of a customer and more of a long-lost camping buddy. The two Steves (yes, double the Steve, double the awesome) answered all our questions with patience, humour, and zero sales pressure. Tiffany handled the walk-through and how-to’s like a wizard—if wizards were really good at explaining things and making the boring parts painless.

The Grand Design 2500RL is a dream, and the whole experience was smoother than a freshly paved logging road (you know, the rare kind).

If you’re RV shopping and want friendly service, honest advice, and a few good laughs along the way, hit up Chemo RV in Quesnel. Just don’t be surprised if you leave with a trailer and a newfound respect for people named Steve (and Tiffany)!
