Yeah they will start your claim but that's about it, then you have to spend countless hours on the phone talking back and fourth to the claims dept and the broker, so its not a stress free process, false advertising at its finest

Not the best price. Not the best service. Won't even call you about an issue unless there is something in it for them. Had my insurance canceled on me with no notice, other than just a letter, during a time when letters were held up during covid. Just to have them call me back and say sorry it was their issue and reinstate my policy. (after letting me drive around with no insurance for a month )

Happened to me again, so naturally I contact them. When I called and mentioned this same issue I had experienced three months prior, they essentially had 0 time to listen and just went on deaf mode assuming I was a degenerate or something.

Rude on the phone, useless to talk to, will actively try to F you over if it helps them get off by 4:30 and have 0 interest in fixing any issues with you. Will go elsewhere most likely.

I've been with Anthony Insurance for the past 5 years now, and I have never had any issues with them.

Their rates are higher than most when starting out but when it comes to their quality of service, they are MUCH better than the last agency I was with. Their customer service staff on the phone is incredibly friendly and when it comes to any information I'm unsure of, I am happy to know they are happy to indulge my uncertainty.

I recommend Anthony to those who are starting out and have the patience to ride out their prices from the start. It can be worth it in the end.

Terrible experience. Phone agents selectively choose what parts of their script to enforce. Wasted 15 minutes answering ridiculous questions only to be told they would not cover me because of a wood stove in the garage. FFS this is NL, get a bloody clue.

It was a wonderful experience talking with the lady about adding tenants package to my existing policy. I got a discount on car insurance because of it. Anthony employees are always friendly and helpful.
