We stayed here for the Canada Day long weekend at the dock and then again two weeks later on one of the mooring balls. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed the adult only pool both times. You can get a ride to the golf course for an afternoon of fun. The bay does get a lot of ferry wash so be prepared for waves if you are not tied to the dock, but we didn’t mind. We would highly recommend this marina over the popular Poet’s Cove around the corner.

We were looking for a place to dock for the night and Otter Bay Marina was very accommodating. We didn't have a reservation but they did everything they could to fit us in. It is much appreciated. The swimming pool (actually have two) was the perfect temperature and the showers were great. They have a nice laundry room too. I had seen some not so great reviews from years past, so I am assuming the place is under new management because we were very impressed and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend this Marina, but you need to make a reservation if you want to guarantee a spot.

What a beautiful marina and spot for families. It was amazingly full of things to do for our kids. The pool was so great, but we loved the e-bike rentals to get around the island! Thank you for the wonderful stay. We will be back!

We were hosting some old friends who flew in from South Carolina. I remembered Otter Bay from our good old days boating and thought it would be a great place to spend a few days with our guests. I had not made reservations in advance, and used the online moorage request. I was surprised that I got a call back and was told they were full but would try to get us in. They did, we stayed for four days. The staff was great, everything was perfect. I think this is one of the, if not the best spot in the Gulf Islands to visit. Thanks for the great experience, we will be back soon.

Otter Bay Marina is a true gem! Beautiful location, peaceful setting, and absolutely top-notch staff who go above and beyond, whether it’s guiding you into your slip, offering local tips, or just sharing a warm smile that makes you feel like family. The docks are well-kept, the facilities are spotless, and the little café serves delicious food, ice cream and great coffee. A must-stop in the Gulf Islands—can’t wait to return!

First Time visitor, booked for one night, loved everything especially the pools and stayed a second and then a third night. Have already booked another visit as well as a group booking for next year. Staff were fantastic, amenities clean and presentable, store was used quite a bit and having ice cream on site with fresh pastries was awesome. It is now my favourite marina in the area.

An awesome Canada Day experience! Highly recommend this marina as our absolute favourite in the Gulf Islands. Excellent staff and wonderful services. Do not miss out on this great haven!
