We paid $3,045 for an appraisal that was billed direct TO my husband name FOR our property address, and we never received the report even when we asked for it. Garett simply refused to shared it with us. I do not recommend this company as these people are unethical. We've never had this problem before with any other company. They scam people.

We had these guys come out to do an evaluation on our 4 year old house.
The person that was there spent about 45 minutes in total looking over our house.
The evaluation that we got back is such a joke that I actually texted the guy back and asked him if he sent the wrong appraisal to us.
He missed so much in this appraisal even after we gave him information on the build costs and let him see the blueprints of the home.
I texted him and he said he would arrange a call to explain how they came up with our pricing and we still have not received that call.
I wish I could give the rating no stars because it makes me ill even to give a one star rating.
3000 square foot shop on the property that is fully finished with in floor heating and forced air for the mancave area upstairs and he values it at $150,000.
I said to him if he can find someone that builds a shop like that for that price to please forward the number so I could buy property and build numerous shops for resale.
I would not recommend this company to appraise a burnt down dog house.
Such aloofness and very un-professional, for the money that was spent to have this done I could and should have just burnt it.
The feeling we got when this appraisal showed up was that the individual was only there to collect the money and run.
In our opinion we would recommend staying away from these guys unless you would like to be ripped off.
