Absolutely unacceptable pricing and service. I brought my Toyota in because I didn't have air conditioning. 2 hours go by and I get a phone call from the service manager saying it's the condenser and it will cost me $3600 to fix it.

I immediately went online to search for the part and found one for 400. I was fuming when the shuttle driver picked me up and I vented about the price. She told me toyota could also get me aftermarket parts...

When I returned to the service manager, I asked him how much the part itself was, he told me$2000. I showed him the napa part for $500 and he told me, he deals with Toyota parts only!!

I bought it (from napa), installed it and had the ac recharged for $720 TOTAL!

Criminal I tell you, how many people get taken by this place, I wonder. I know I won't!

The people at this dealership are all nice and caring people. I came from Oakville, Ontario, to purchase a Toyota Prius from them. The reception was very warm, Chris, Dave, and the receptionist did all they could to make us comfortable. Within a few minutes, the vehicle was made ready. Chris will answer any question you ask, even after purchase, and give you a detailed explanation. Something that is rare these days. I have been to many dealerships. Tri-Town is different. It was like visiting a family member. I bought the vehicle at a good price, I don't regret driving almost 6 hours for this. I will do it again, if need be. You guys are awesome.

We went up camping and while on a trail in our 4Runner we picked up a piece of metal in a tire. On our way back home we stopped here to ask a question about driving with the spare. Both of them at the service department were fantastic and answered my questions. On my way out I saw the torque wrench and they let me use it to check the lug nuts with no problem.
