Have had home insurance through SASCU for 14 years with no claims ever and have had nothing but price increases every single year. Price gouging at its finest from this company. They make no effort to help find more competitive rates. Would never recommend using them for any insurance services.

I’ve had the displeasure of being helped by Diane twice, both times I was spoken to in an extremely condescending and rude way. She ignored my questions and seemed irritated by the few basic inquiries I had. Never doing business here again.

We went in for insurance on a new truck purchase. We were excited until Diane Moon greeted us like we were completely inconveniencing her. She continued to be rude, making comments like ‘why do people do this to me’ and rudely stating her email is on her card when my boyfriend asked what her email was. Just pointed at them….its on my card….. We were looking up a different place to go when her coworker walked in and her attitude towards us changed. We would’ve left earlier but we don’t live in Salmon arm and were not sure where to go.

Walked by enough times, didn't even notice,..., wow an Autoplan agent "Uptown". Today I received "Over the moon" service. Been in the Automotive Indusrty over 40 years, corporate agencies haven't always been staffed with the experience required to get things sorted, Diane so does! Thanks my friends!

Lori and Jeordie (sp? Hopefully I got that right) were amazing!!!! I had a complicated vehicle transfer with buyout of a lease into the company name and layers of power of attorney to make it all work and they answered my questions, worked with me to get the right paperwork and most importantly LISTENED to what I needed and advised accurately so we got it done within an hour. I will be bringing my ICBC here now regardless how simple or challenging as they take the time to make sure it's done right. Thanks you two. Much appreciated.
