Jeff went above any beyond with helping us find our perfect home. He has a great sense of humor which helped whenever we encountered odd idiosyncrasies found in some unique homes, gave realistic encouragement whenever it was needed, and didn't give up even when I started to lose faith. Jeff pointed out the important details of each property, many of which I would have missed on my own. He ensured that I was well informed of both the pros and cons of each property and structure. Jeff was open to showing homes during times that fit my schedule, he never rushed me as we walked through a home, and even went out of his way to make sure I could view any new listings before travelling home to a neighboring city.
Jeff was extremely supportive during negotiations as finding our home was only the beginning of the purchase. He provided a list of contacts and resources for completing the business process, checked in to unsure everything was running smoothly and updated me on any progress pertaining to the purchase. Jeff even made sure our day of possession was complete with a special celebration.
