Its unfortunate that i relate to a lot of these one star reviews. I am currently renting one the units owned by this company and have had a super hard time having things fixed around my unit. All the methods of contacting them are met with silence 90% of the time. Last week i was finally contacted that someone was going to come to repair an issue and of course no one came. I will most likely have to go the LTB to have these issues addressed since i do not believe the management team will send anyone unless they are forced to. Please beware of moving into one of the properties owned by this company.

I’ve recently left a building that I lived in for 2 years because this company started managing it. The co-founder David is almost impossible to get a hold of, and if you are able to reach him he is extremely condescending and dismissive toward tenant concerns. He will try to gaslight tenants instead of taking responsibility for his obligations as a landlord. We have had two by-law notices at our building due to insufficient heat during the winter months and excessive trash on the property because David chose to suspend our garbage services with no notice. Tenants reached out to property management ad nauseum about these issues and were completely ignored until our city by-law got involved. If you are an investor, I would think very carefully about giving any of your money to this company, because they are not maintaining the properties they claim your money will “improve.” There also isn’t a single real positive review on this page, but you can read them and decide for yourself if anyone actually talks like that. Tenants, please do yourself a favour and do not rent from this company, they are interested in your money and could not care less about your living situation beyond their pay check.

I rent a property "owned" by this company, and run by a property management company in Barrie, and have lived here since 2018.

The house is filled with mold, has open cases with the City, and the LTB due to the lack of repairs following multiple floods. It has ALWAYS been this way.

This company is content to sit on their ass and collect thousands, while leaving the homes they work with to fall apart around the tenants.

I've suffered several health issues, including an ICU stay and near death living under the conditions these people deem acceptable. They heavily work in loopholes, and avoiding responsibility.

The owner of this place should thoroughly be investigated.

We've done work for his company in Montreal and the work has been unpaid for months, ignores the calls. Not a trustworthy company. Stay away. These reviews are clearly all fake. Dave is the only one in charge, running the business and he doesn't pay.
