For our home search we interviewed 5 top-producing real estate agents, and after just a brief intro call it was evident that Chuck goes above and beyond for his clients. This 110% carried through to the actual home hunting process. He was always available, provided timely and thoughtful insights on neighbourhoods and homes, sent us detailed video messages on homes we were interested in with details such as zoning which were very helpful and showed that they're a cutting-edge team, and had an unmatched pulse on his markets and neighbourhoods. After a few weeks I felt that Chuck knew what I wanted better than I did.
