I had an amazing experience thanks to Sebastian! From start to finish, his customer service was top-notch. I was buying euros and had a few questions, but Sebastian made the whole process so smooth and easy. He’s bilingual, and he kindly helped me in Spanish, making sure I fully understood everything and didn’t feel confused at any point. This was my first—and definitely last—visit to this location, thanks to Nadine's shockingly unprofessional behaviour. From the moment I approached the counter, she made it clear I was an inconvenience. Rather than assisting me, she turned to her colleague and laughed mid-interaction, completely ignoring what was happening in front of her. Her tone throughout was dismissive and annoyed, as if basic customer service was too much to ask. To top it off, she carelessly tossed my change into the tray at the end without so much as a word. Nadine’s behavior wasn’t just rude—it was a clear example of someone who has no business working in a customer service role.

I was in on Thursday to purchase some usd for an upcoming trip and I have to say the teller named nadine was very friendly and full of smiles. Every time I come in to exchange currency she is so kind and fun to talk to! She speaks arabic which is amazing as she was able to help me in ways many cant.
