As a Veteran I can’t afford to just pay anything. I thought they might be able to compete with other supposed “Veteran Friendly” insurance companies who hike up their rates every year.

Well they came through in a big way! The service I received was great and no waiting on the phone listening to terrible music for hours before speaking to a human.

Thomas Watson has been amazing. He has provided me with the best rates and advice that I have ever gotten from ANY insurance company. Do not trust them. I made a claim in 2022 and in 2024 found out they didn't pay the bill and now I have a lean on my home.
