I have been a customer since 2014, and it used to be great when it was State Farm.

Now it seems to be dependent on who your claims adjuster is. My basement had two claims overlapping and the first one was completely discarded. My basement is still torn apart (it was finished before the flood) and I haven't heard from my claims adjuster in months. Attempts to resolve it with Maria and assoc. have just been redirected to the adjuster.

It's disheartening and depressing when you can't rely on your insurance after a disaster like a flood.

Two stars because I had a good experiences in the past with them, and at least they're friendly I guess.
