They seem professional but they're the most lousy, incompetent, lazy and money grabbing firm ever. We used them for business bookkeeping and taxes. They never filled any of the quarterly HST properly, we dropped everything sorted and did half of the work but they didn't do anything but charged us thousands and thousands of dollars in fees and hours that sounded ridiculous. Just because they didn't understand or do thinks properly, had 3-4 different people handling our account and had to email us or make communication to fill them in, they charged us for that too. All money grabs but we found that they were filling everything just using our QuickBooks account which was also paid by us and never really did any work. Scammers. Please beware of putting your business and hard earned money into their hands.

Mostly good experiences for years, until they decided, unilaterally and without warning, to stop doing our accounting and our declarations. Impossible to find a new accountant in time. If you're looking for unreliable people, with a customer service concept close to zero and no respect whatsoever, this company is made for you.

They seemed professional at first, when they were trying to get me to use them, but things deteriorated and communication was slow and unclear. They were keen to bill me for the work they did, but it turns out they forgot to submit a big chunk of my income — which they plainly admitted I had provided to them and they noted they simply 'forgot to upload to cra' — and I received a notice for a reassessment with interest charges mid year. I am a small business owner and was quite distraught when I was notified. What's worse is after they plainly admitted they simply omitted / ignored some of my income information, they only offered to cover the interest charge, but this doesn't make it OK. I have not heard from them since, nor have received the funds for their mistake. I pride myself on getting ahead of tax season but my trust was abused and broken by this team. Sure, they'll charge premium pricing for their cpa services but provide incredibly unprofessional services. Small businesses avoid.

I would give zero stars if possible. I discovered errors in the tax forms provided and they had to be corrected. If not corrected, it would have resulted in several thousands of dollars in discrepancies. The managing partner who worked this account was unresponsive to followup requests and unapologetic.

The accountants are amazing and they have a good business planning strategies. The staff are amazing and really helpful. They offer insights and I highly recommend them for anybody that needs accountant work and or other business needs. I highly recommend the person at this business named Randy Tiviy, he is one of the top people to deal with at this firm. If you need to get your taxes done for the year they do it, they always have everything well organized and done correctly.
