The lady that presents you with your first experience in this office is absolutely rude and legal aid should be ashamed she is the face of that office! To being annoyed one didn't apply online, will not answer any questions to confirm paperwork is properly filled out because I wash my hair with shampoo and the smell is so strong she can't give me the time of day. I was Not wearing perfume, I simply showered before going to the office! If the sensitivity is that bad that a wet hair shampoo smell is so offensive to her that she can't answer a question maybe a mask can be worn Or an air exchanger is needed. To delay an application process because your employee is that sensitive to smells yet can have me standing there for 15 minutes waiting while she chatted is disappointing. I left that office feeling like I just tried to kill someone when I was going asking for help. Im aware scent sensitivity is serious but it was clean hair... I have never had anyone make me feel so disgusting for showering. RUDE,RUDE,RUDE.

I had a very positive experience. I phoned a couple of times and went in once. Everytime the person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. When I went in the lady was very helpful and nice.

Not very happy called a couple of times trying to get help and they keeped putting me off not very professional at all , I would not recommend going or asking them questions they don't care they are supposed to be there when people need help I wonder if the owners of this practice knows how they treat people.very disappointed.
