Showed up on a Saturday right before they closed, and neither Andrew or Emily had an issue with helping me though my registration and going over their closing time. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We laughed, we cried, *cough*arm wrestling competition*cough* and they even gave me a timbit. Every time I step in the door I have a fantastic experience. I used to deal with Amanda, which has been promoted, but her replacements definitely filled her shoes and then some. Great job!

Went into the Niverville location today first thing. Was greeted and well supported by Andrew. There were a few of us there all registering our kids for drivers Ed. The team was so efficient/kind. Some of our forms weren’t right but Andrew took the time to help sort things out and was so patient and informative. Nice to feel that way when walking into a business. Keep up the amazing customer service

I am a tad frustrated that my representative seems to change almost every year (we've been with them 15 years). I am also very frustrated that they still can not set up the account so they can find it under my last name. I set up the account. I pay our house insurance every year. Yet they can not find the account when they search by my last name (it is not the same as my husbands - he didn't change his last name to mine when we married, which was years prior to dealing with BSI Niverville.
I gave them 3/5 stars as once they are dealing with me, they are polite; but my tolerance is waining...

Horrible service. Agent left and received no info on how to contact or that they had changed emails. Moved and have to change my insurance and have called and emailed 6x now without a single response.

They were open on a long weekend Saturday when I desperately needed to get my license and insurance. Andrew was amazing in helping me get everything sorted out, 9 and there's a lot to sort out. Left me feeling grateful for the quality service.

Amazing staff and so quick! In and out within 5 minutes. In Kelowna or Victoria it would take at least an hour or more. Highly recommend Niverville BSI!! Keep up the good work.
