4 weeks ago I went to the branch on mountain road to open an account, the receptionist connected me with an account opening specialist, I was asked for my personal information, including SIN, address, employment etc, then was told that she will be in touch to finish the account set up "if they will accept me", since then I have called and left 2 messages over the last couple weeks, overall its been 4 weeks since I heard from anyone, not a single call back. Note, my credit score is in the 800 range, I have regular income, my partner and I own 3 houses in the local community.... in the end, we have now set up our new accounts with National Bank Canada.

I can not speak enough about how amazing the people in this Branch are. I just finalized my second mortgage with this bank through Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing, her communication was impeccable and made this entire process feel easy and stress free. Jennifer was there to answer any questions and even stayed late to finish up all our paperwork. I had the opportunity to take a lower intrest rate with another bank but decided on Omista because of this amazing customer service ! A BIG Thank you to Jennifer and the entire omista team !
