I was on the highway and close to Pincher Creek, my vehicle had a couple of concerning noises so stopped in to Castle Ford.
Don in the Service Department provided exceptional service, he addressed the concerns quickly and demonstrated extreme knowledge on my vehicle.
As a woman, I sometimes worry about being taken advantage of at dealerships, but Don was thoroughly professional, helpful and informative and had me back on the road in no time.

Super disappointed with this place, im a local and live near the dealership. Do NOT support this place customer service is the worst ive ever experienced! Were a local customer, have a few brand new vehicles and the truck in question that caused this poor review is a relatively new ford truck but with the highest level of ford extended warranty available. Long story short, castle ford talked us into doing a “warranty inspection” to see if the truck had anything wrong with it that they could repair under warranty, found a leaking hose, so ordered the part, took weeks to show up, then we take our truck for the “scheduled appointment” in to get it done, sits there for two days, doesnt get done, then weeks later take it in again for another “scheduled appointment” this time they do it however charged us for the hose/ coolant leak they fixed and denied us warranty and said if we wanted it warrantied we should take the vehicle back to the dealer we bought it from…… thats right from the manager himself. Piss poor, the next couple F-450’s were buying for the farm this year will be bought elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle a month ago - bill of sale stated Castle Ford was the dealership.

Received the vehicle at 11:30pm at night. Did not notice the vehicle was not detailed. Left at 1/4 tank of gas. Found right license plate light broken. 2 days later, heard brake squeal. Brought it into my work - found brakes were at 2mm (Front and Rear).

Salesman stepped up for the gas. Dragged his feet on addressing other issues.

Clayton from Castle Ford reached out, explained the process of how dealerships work and the networking they have. Listened to my concerns. Then stepped in to make it right when the dealership didn't have to.

Definitely will be taking my business here from now on.
