I am very disillusioned with the customer service at this ATB location. Frequently, I have stood in a fairly short tellers' line to simply make a deposit for a non-profit organization, for more than 30 minutes, along with other disgruntled customers.
On more than one occasion I've had other commitments on my schedule that caused me to leave without even seeing a teller and completing my business.
Usually, there are 3 or 4 tellers (sometimes only one or two) at their computers, staring at their screen, visiting across with each other or helping a customer that can take 15 minutes or more, while we in line are becoming more & more agitated.
Could the Manager not walk out occasionally to check on the situation or does everyone in this bank not care to see the frustration and lack of respect paid to their loyal customers.
You can be sure I will be avoiding this branch if at all possible in
the future.

Just had the worst and most unprofessional experience with Yeshvi at this branch. Came in to deposit some cash that was previously counted for a non profit, she was rude because she had to count some change and it was 10min before closing.

Changed their hours without making the changes online. Made arrangements to deposit money in my account for my wife across the province only to arrive and find the doors locked. Irresponsible. For a place that claims to be a business consultant centre, this is a heck of a way to run a business. Takes 2 min to call the IT guy and ask him to change the hours in Google maps.
