Sachez que dans le monde de la cryptomonnaie c'est ainsi une fausse manoeuvre peu vous faire perdre, shakepay est un mode simplifier qui vous assure d investir dans les 2 crypto les plus fiables à ce jours avec peu d'expérience mes il y as quand même des risque shakepay n'est pas responsable de vos action même si vous investissez sur leur plate-forme... pour ma part j'ai toujours eu un excellent service soi disant aujourd'hui j'ai un soucis mon compte a été verrouillé , il semble avoir des question au sujet de mon employeur j'espère que sa se réglera rapidement..

Shakepay has been a great service. I read through the reviews and can't help but think a lot of them are user error. I've used them as my main platform since ~2020-2021 time frame. I love using the shakepay visa, and presently earn 2% on the cash inside as bitcoin, paid weekly.

It's been a clean service, easy to fund through e-transfers. I haven't needed to 'withdraw' money, but I have transfered in and out crypto, and used the VISA / deposit functions. They are top notch.

An absolute garbage company. I tried withdrawing via etranser. Nothing came. When I tried filing a complaint they said they'd get back to me in 2 hours. Are you kidding me?

If you value your money, avoid at all costs. This is a straight garbage, scamming company.

Easy to use platform, but they are just skimming so much money off you for their service. Watch the buy and sell price of the coin you are using and other 'fees' for a company that boasts being free.

So as quote easy as they make it to purchase Bitcoin and ethereum as if purchasing these two assets was difficult to begin with but that aside they claim to make no money off you. They claim to not charge you anything yet. When you purchase from cash to Bitcoin or cash to ethereum, you'll notice a drastic difference depending on how much your converting. Sometimes a few dollars sometimes $50 or $150 and they claim that this is entirely because of the volatility of crypto. Well since I trade crypto for a living, I'm quite aware of slippage and the volatility of crypto yet not once in my life using shake pay. Has the price ever gone up? As in I converted the money and I had more in ethereum dollar-wise then I did starting in Canadian. You'll notice every single time you have less that's impossible trading currencies for a living and especially cryptos and swapping them trading them buying them with cash. I'm well aware that sometimes you get a little bit more. Sometimes you get a little bit less but you don't just always get less. So this company is straight up stealing and claiming that they're not taking your money on top of which they have horrifying customer service and I mean horrifying. I've been trying to dispute a charge on my card now for 2 weeks and somebody was supposed to get back to me and somebody did get back to me just to tell me that somebody else would get back to me and I hear nothing. Meanwhile, you know I'm out $600 and nobody seems to care about hurrying up about that horrible company. Straight up lies to you. They're stealing your money. They should be investigated by the OSC. In fact, I'm going to report them now as should you. If you've experienced something similar and I would highly recommend you just avoid them all together. That's a hundred thousand better ways to buy or sell crypto for Canadians

Had used this exchange periodically but yes, unfortunately, they have become scam artists and are stealing customer funds.
My guess is, they shorted the market with customer funds when BTC was at 17k. Now, they're pretending to have security issues and won't let anyone withdraw funds because they don't have it all. FTX style.
This is what you get when an exchange works in lockstep with the banks and government. If the government doesn't like you, this exchange will gleefully freeze your funds for them.
This exchange is a disgrace to crypto...

Shakepay became a Scammer. Everybody please withdraw ur investments if anyone does not want. I lost 10820 CAD yesterday and nobody helped me out yet. Shakepay customer support is too poor. They took my $10820 CAD yesterday
. And they don't solve it yet. I could not get anyone yet in last 6 hours. I am so frustrated. I am going to a case file against these scam apps.

I thought I would get good service from a Canadian crypto company and to my surprise this app sucks! They haven't resolved my $100 deposit. I can't send money to my account by wire! Do not use this site! I'm a computer professional of over 20 years and never have I seen such a poorly designed website!
