I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Haywood Trader, a platform that promised to offer a comprehensive and affordable white label solution for trading. I chose Haywood because their service seemed ideal for startups looking to establish their own trading platform with support for multiple assets and brokers. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the promise.

From the outset, there were significant delays in the setup process, which contradicted their claims of a quick launch. But the real issue arose when technical problems on their platform directly resulted in a substantial financial loss for me—amounting to $20,000. These problems stemmed from platform instability and poor execution of trades, which is unacceptable for a service that markets itself on high-performance technology.

Worse still, the support and resolution process was severely lacking. The response to my complaints was slow, and the solutions offered were ineffective, failing to address the root causes of the financial loss incurred.

It is frustrating and disappointing to encounter such service from a company that claims to prioritize the needs of traders and small to medium-sized businesses. My experience with Haywood Trader felt like a betrayal of trust, and it’s hard not to feel like they are not living up to their promises. This experience felt more like a scam than a legitimate service, fooling customers with big promises and not delivering on them.

I would caution anyone thinking about using Haywood for their trading infrastructure needs to think twice and consider the potential risks seriously.
