I have a car through independent finance. Never have had any issues what so ever. Of course most banks don’t hassle you if you pay on time. I never have any issues when trying to communicate with them. Great start over financing.

Most people here really just seem mad cause they're bad at loans, I'm upset cause y'all never call back any time I leave a number and then if I wait a bit and just keep calling it works. Very annoying, someone needs to get their callback lists and stuff in order, ever single time I wait over an hour and get nothing and end up just calling over and over til I get through. And it doesn't matter if it's like, a friday when people get paid often and would be high traffick, or a monday when they just open which would also be expected to take forever, I'm talkin like 11 on a wednesday what the hell guys (edit to say that the 11 wed is today, this is a MONTHLY. OCCURRENCE. If I don't immediately get through to someone who is open and able to help me for the three minutes it takes to make a payment, it takes upwards of an hour just to give y'all my money?! Don't you want it Lol wtf)

Another month, another 40 minutes waiting for a call back then I decide to call and instantly get through. Docking a star each month til yall can make a 1:34 phone call not take 40 min to an hour. This is ridiculous guys yall make enough off these loans that you could just hire someone to only sit by the phone and take payments, then you'd be fostering another community member and helping them contribute to society but nooo instead we get two desk ladies with all the workload on them and angry customers like me who can't even make a payment as a good person would because of this terrible mismanagement of phone payments.

Worst pieces of garbage I’ve ever met. Sold my roommate a car without making sure he had insurance on it, didn’t go through the right steps at all to sell a car, then when they repoed it when he lost his job, they sold it after 10 days and threw away MY set of car keys that were in the car without telling him he only had 10 days to get the car. The car is also only worth half of what he got it for
